OXYCARB is a portable oxygen and carbon dioxide analyser. For CO2, gas measurement is carried out with an infrared sensor of latest generation, with temperature compensationand very low energy consumption.

L’OXYCARB 5 is acknowledged for being easy to operate, for its 0,1% precision and for its versatility. It measures the incoming air pressure and regulates the capacity of the internal pump, for a constant flow independentof the status of the filter and the length of the inlet pipe. The instrument is equipped with 2 large LCDs for easy reading of the analysis. Advanced electronics minimize the response time. Moreover it has following characteristics:

• permanent internal clock with date and time setting
• printer output for analysis printing, with indication of the running analysis time
• gap setting function between two printing processes
• linear electrical output with 10bit resolution for volts and amps
• cancellation of the electrical output viathe menu to allow longer battery life during field operation
• automatic calibration of the sensors from the menu with any sample gas concentration (even atmospheric air)
• diagnostic function of correct operation of hardware with alarm signal on LCD
• real time automatic filter control and dirty filter alarm
• real time control of O2 signal and cell exhaustion alarm
• control of CO2 sensor operation and sensor damage alarm
• digital control of battery charge
• led signal of battery charge
• manual battery charge button

OXYCARB 5 can be connected to C2000 to automatically control the C.A. plant for maximum two cold rooms. Its electrical connection allows it to be connected if needed to a Multiplex, Leca or Seleca scanner, as a substitutive analyzer for the automation of atmosphere control.

Analysers - OXYGUARD

OXYGUARD is a long-life galvanic cell oxygen analyser.

It was conceived as a security analyser for storage rooms.

With OXYGUARD it is possible to set two different alarms when the atmosphere contains an oxygen rate which is too high, activating the relative relays.
This device is intended for monitoring O2 concentration of any atmosphere, to activate plants to modify those levels and/or alarms when thresholds are exceeded.

Analizers - MULTIGUARD

MULTIGUARD System for oxygen and pressure control

Each MULTIGUARD includes: Nr. 1  Oxygen analysis instrument equipped with chemical cell and specifically developed as a safety and control system on the central analyzer.

The instrument has two programmable alarms for minimum and maximum oxygen and two output control contacts. It is possible to transmit the oxygen percentage value to the computer.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Nr. 1  Instrument for measuring the differential pressure between the inside and outside of the C.A. rooms. It is connected to the room by means of a small plastic pipe and can also be connected directly to the C.A. plant computerization (optional) to store all measured data.
The instrument called PDController is equipped with a digital display to read the differential value expressed as mms. water column; it is provided with two programmable alarms (minimum and maximum thresholds), and with two outlet contacts to start/stop the devices aimed to control the pressure in the C.A. rooms.

Analysers - PD CONTROLLER

The PD Controller is an electronic pressure controller. It is extremely precise and is equipped with 2 alarm activation systems in case the set values are exceeded. It has an 0-5 V analogical output.

It has been developed for controlling pressures and vacuums in CA storage rooms. It can be connected to the ISOSOFT programme through an interface to visualize graphic data. It is very useful for confirming pressure tests and to check causes of difficulties in keeping O2 levels in CA storage rooms.

It is equipped with alarm relays and can be used as a security device, to stop the cooling plant (if required) or other devices that can cause a vacuum in the storage rooms, avoiding potential damage.
